Clinical Supervision & Consultation

I provide clinical supervision and professional consultation for mental health professionals seeking to deepen their practice through trauma-informed and creative arts perspectives. My goal is to foster a warm, collaborative space where we can thoughtfully explore your clinical identity and client work. I am here to support you whether you are working toward Pennsylvania LPC licensure or looking for ongoing consultation to sustain and enrich your professional journey.

Supervision

Clinical supervision is a collaborative space for counselors working toward licensure in Pennsylvania. We focus on ethical practice, clinical growth, and the nuances of the therapeutic relationship. Ben provides individual and group supervision formats to meet your specific licensing requirements and professional needs.

Consultation

Case consultation is available for established clinicians seeking support with challenging clinical scenarios. Ben specializes in trauma-informed care, music therapy, and treatment for depression and anxiety, offering deep dives into specific modalities and complex presentations. Consultation can be scheduled as a one-time session or on a recurring basis.

All services are available online via secure telehealth or in-person in Philadelphia. Sessions are typically 55 minutes and frequency is tailored to your developmental stage as a clinician and licensing needs.

Common Questions

What is the difference between supervision and consultation?

Supervision is a consistent, structured relationship focused on your clinical growth and path toward licensure in Pennsylvania. Consultation is often more specialized or short-term, focusing on specific cases, trauma-informed approaches, or building your clinical confidence in a particular modality.

Do you provide supervision for out-of-state clinicians?

I am currently able to provide clinical supervision for those seeking LPC licensure in the state of Pennsylvania. For clinicians in other states, I offer professional consultation to support your clinical work and development, though it may not count toward your state's licensure hours.

What is your fee for supervision and consultation?

Individual sessions are $100 per 55-minute hour. I also offer group supervision options which can be a more accessible way to gain hours and learn from the experiences of other clinicians. Please reach out to discuss current availability and specific needs.

What is the frequency and format of individual sessions?

Individual sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on your workload and goals. We can meet via a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform or in-person at my South Philadelphia office, making it easy to fit into your professional schedule regardless of your location.
